The Sweepstakes begins on July 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 27, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Prize

One (1) quarter steer with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $1,500. The winner must pick up the prize from the Sponsor's ranch in West Columbia, Texas. No shipping is available. The winner must claim and pick up the prize within 30 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

How to Enter

Entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $100 spent at PHD BEEF, LLC during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum of 100 entries per person.

Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a separate 3" × 5" card and mail it to:

Each properly submitted 3" × 5" card will receive one (1) entry. Mail-in entries must be submitted separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 27, 2026, and received by December 1, 2026. Limit 100 mail-in entries per person, for a maximum of 100 total entries per person regardless of the method of entry.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on Facebook Live on December 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Central Time, from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to respond within seven (7) days after notification, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant before awarding the prize.

Eligibility

Employees, owners, and their immediate family members or members of the same household of PHD BEEF, LLC are not eligible to participate or win.
